Before you order
Check the full product name, selected color or configuration, dimensions and operating mode. Confirm the current price, delivery estimate and seller terms in the purchase tab.

Open your order details and use the tracking option for that order. A heavy gym station may arrive differently from a small pedal exerciser; check the shipment information rather than assuming one package.
Delivery and returns ↗Manuals and setup
Use the manual supplied with your exact model. Find the model label on the equipment and keep the serial number and order number ready when contacting the seller. Do not use a C70 manual to set up an SF60 or another treadmill.
For a missing manual or part, open the order and select the available seller-contact option. Include a clear photograph of the model label and the part in question.
A problem with the machine
Stop using equipment that is damaged or behaving unexpectedly. Follow the supplied shutdown instructions and contact the seller through your order record. Describe the problem, any displayed code and when it occurs.
Warranty terms depend on the exact product and seller. Keep the purchase receipt and ask for the applicable written terms.
